The Return of Cutterz Choice

You might remember them as the label that helped launch the career of Benny Page but the Cutterz Choice crew are back in full effect with their 15th release. Now under new management but still featuring the creative talents of Rhythm Beater, it’s clear that their blend is still smoking hot.

Now back on his home turf with the wicked dancefloor banger Game Face, expect more of the trademark beefy drums that made Cutterz one of the hottest labels on the circuit a couple of years back. Caned on dub by the likes of Nicky BM, Crystal Clear, Ruffstuff, Probe and Crissy Cris, it has also been supported on 1Xtra and Kool FM so the chances are this is the tune that you’ve been banging on to your mates about for the last month.

The flipside welcomes newcomers Q-BiK and Seeka to the label. These guys are two of the most innovative things to come out of Australia and New Zealand since Vegemite, having been sponsored by Serato. Fresh from releasing the massive My House on Planet Funk, Cutterz  brings you Let the Music, another huge slice of dancefloor funk.

Watch out for the relaunch of the website where the whole Cutterz back catalogue will soon be available for download. And with more releases from Rhythm  Beater planned for the new year, you can bet you haven’t heard the last of the South London maestro.
