Already establishing their name on the Brazilian Drum and Bass scene, Critycal Dub have seen their soulful sounds released on the likes of Liquid V, V Recordings as well as Chronic.

Now the duo from Sao Paulo are set to return to Liquid V, for four cuts of the richest, most melodic Drum and Bass.

Thing Past
Critycal Dub kick things off with ‘Thing Past’. Evoking a vintage vibe with a honey like sample and slick, intricate drums, ‘Thing Past’ harks back to rolling melodies of old, but with Critycal Dub’s precise, modern production techniques.

Sunshine
A collaboration with fellow Brazilian DJ Chap, ‘Sunshine’ is yet another dose of sumptuous style. Featuring churning drums, a generous serving of bass and truly iconic vocals over the top, ‘Sunshine’ offers yet another rich slice of Latin DnB.

My Feeling
‘My Feeling’ continues the trend, with crisp percussion combined with Critiycal Dub’s customary bass and a classical loop, full of depth. Throw in complex drum switches to keep things entertaining, and the result is yet another banger from a duo in form.

Watershell
The last track sees Critycal Dub line up with Level 2 for a sonic treat. Featuring creative input from two artists at the top of their game, ‘Watershell’ offers bags of atmosphere, with stripped back arrangements and ambience the order of the day.
