One of Ten Ton Beats hardest working producers steps into the studio to unleash his most ambitious project to date. Dangerous has been planning this album for quite some time and after discussion with TTB head honcho Rekless, It was decided the time was right to drop this Album.
With massive support from the likes of Bailey on his 1xtra show and Concrete on his upfront and personal show the support being shown for the tracks on this truly massive LP is astounding. From the dnb tearout riot inducing ‘Once upon a time in the south’ played consecutively for 8 weeks in a row on BBC 1xtra which features on the full album (available from 3/12/12) to ‘Broken Dreams’ which gives the illusion of having a laid back chilled out vibe until it drops and unleashes sub bass by the bucket load resulting in the much talked about one foot skank!!!, ‘Broken Dreams’ features on both the sampler and full Album. Dangerous definatly delivers on this LP and manages to cover quite a few genres but still keep st real and reps the music he loves.
There are collaborations a plenty on this LP, upcoming Dj/Producer Samy Nicks who has had previous releases on a number of labels of late offers up the Dutty ‘Rokit Fuel’. Dj Manga has also jumped on board this album with the squelchfest that is ‘The Blob’ described in YouTube comments as a “beast of a track” , and who can argue, drop it on a dance floor anywhere and you can hardly get 16 bars in before being forced by an unrelenting crowd to reload it.
Another collaboration on this LP is with Dangerous’s long-time friend and partner in crime Psycotik quite a few tracks with these two on the buttons. ‘Mosquito Bite’ is one of those tracks an absolutely brutal sonic assault on the senses, this track seems to have been developed inside a nuclear reactor with the amount of energy it churns out, I defy anyone not to be left breathless by the time its mixed out!!.
